Hygiene is critical!
The CDC reminds people that practicing frequent hand washing and other good hygiene measures are critical to helping prevent the spread of the H1N1 flu and other diseases.
Also, avoid touching your face – and, if you do, be sure your hands are clean. You should also avoid contact with people who are obviously sick. |
