Inside the latest issue of Today's K™-Senior Edition, mailed to your home the week of December 10, is a Reader Survey and your chance to win one of three great prizes.
We want to know what you think about the Kellogg retiree newsletter, Today's K™ Senior Edition. Complete the reader survey and return it by Monday, December 31, 2007, and your name will be entered in a drawing to win one laptop (1st prize) or one of two digital camera/printer packages (2nd & 3rd prizes).
To be eligible for the
drawing, you need to
include your name,
address, and telephone
number and return the
completed survey by
December 31. Your
survey responses are
confidential. The winners
will be contacted by
March 1, 2008.
- Cut or tear along
perforated lines in the newsletter.
- Fill out your name
and address on the
form if you want to
be included in the
drawing.
- Write in your answers
to the questions by
checking the appropriate
box or circling
a number to rate each
newsletter section.
- Fold the survey in
half and make sure
to close the survey
by taping the outside
edges.
- Mail by December 31, 2007.
