Two of our company's leaders joined Olympic gold-medal swimming superstar Michael Phelps in his hometown of Baltimore in September to officially unveil the special-edition Kellogg product packages that feature his images.
Marta Cyhan, Vice President, Global Promotions, and Tim Knowlton, Vice President, Corporate Social Responsibility, were on hand for a press conference at which the Kellogg's Frosted Flakes, Corn Flakes, Rice Krispies Treats Marshmallow Treats and Club Crackers boxes were introduced.

The packages will be available through year's end.
Marta and her team spearheaded the successful drive to sign the 23-year-old Olympic champion to appear on Kellogg packages immediately following his record-setting performance in Beijing last month.
"As an official sponsor of the 2008 U.S. Olympic Team and a proud sponsor of Phelps, it is only fitting that Kellogg features this world-class athlete on our iconic Corn Flakes and Frosted Flakes cereal boxes," Marta said at the time.
In a press release, Phelps says he has eaten our products since he was a child and is very excited to be featured on our packages.
"I appreciate all that Kellogg has done to help me promote swimming and all their support that will allow me to teach others, especially kids, about the importance of an active lifestyle," he says.
Also during the event - which took place at Baltimore's Meadowbrook Aquatic and Fitness Center, Phelps' home training facility - Tim announced that Kellogg's Corporate Citizenship Fund is pledging $250,000 to the swimmers' recently announced charitable foundation.
The Michael Phelps Foundation will work to encourage healthy, active lifestyles, particularly among young people. This, of course, is consistent with our company's longstanding commitment to nutrition and promoting fitness.
"Michael's commitment to encouraging healthy lifestyles, especially among children, is in line with our many programs that educate consumers and promote good nutrition," says Brad Davidson, President, Kellogg North America.
"He demonstrates that winning is not just about the glory that comes with gold medals, but that it's also about good sportsmanship, eating right, working hard and being your best," he adds.
Last month, Phelps made history breaking Mark Spitz's record - who earned seven gold medals in swimming during the 1972 Munich Olympics - when he earned a total of eight gold medals in a single Olympics event.
