Magazine names Kellogg 'Food Packager of the Year'
Recognizing our innovative approach and diverse product packaging portfolio – from bottled Special K shakes to Bear Naked cereal packaged in a clear bag instead of a box – Kellogg has been named the "Food Packager of the Year" by Food and Beverage Packaging magazine.
As this year’s "Food Packager of the Year," the magazine praised our success in managing packaging for everything from cereal to snacks to frozen meal solutions. The publication honors the packaging efforts of food companies on an annual basis.
The publication also recognized the important role of packaging in strengthening our brands such as Corn Flakes and Kashi, in addition to areas where we’ve successfully cross-branded our products, including Cinnabon snack bars.
The article, featuring interviews with Margaret Bath, Vice President, Research, Quality and Technology, and Paul Pezzoli, Senior Director, Packaging Innovation and Technology, is available online at the Food and Beverage Packaging website.
Kellogg was previously named as "Packager of the Year" by the magazine in 2006. |
