Throughout the week of June 15, employees as well as retirees, at 34 Kellogg locations throughout the U.S. have participated in food drives to help food banks in their communities with a rising demand for assistance.
With more than 36 million Americans – including 12 million children – facing hunger, Kellogg has launched a multi-phased campaign to increase awareness and raise funds to fight the growing hunger epidemic in this country. Food donated by employees this week will be incremental to the entire days worth of cereal production we committed to Feeding America in April. (Read more details about the campaign.)
Below are photos of employees and retirees participating in food drives at locations in Battle Creek. Several members of the Global Leadership Team, including Brad Davidson, Mark Baynes, Kathleen Wilson-Thompson, John Bryant and Gary Pilnick, served as volunteers along with members of our Employee Resource Groups.
