    Dear Retirees:

    As part of our commitment to keep you informed about the recent Kellogg product recall in the United States,
    I encourage you to review the various articles and information posted recently on Senior K. In doing so, you will have important information regarding this unfortunate situation.

    We have taken proactive and immediate action to ensure the prompt completion of the recall. Our businesses are working aggressively to complete the recalls. Our sales force, along with a third-party retrieval company we've engaged, has been assisting our customers in removing recalled products from the marketplace

    We are continuing to stay on top of this situation and we will continue to communicate with our employees, our retirees, our customers and our consumers. I know all of you feel the same disappointment and deep concern that I do about this situation, and how it has impacted our consumers and our company. We will continue to work with authorities, keeping you informed as we learn more.
