Annual Meeting scheduled for Friday, April 23

All Kellogg employees and retirees are invited to attend next Friday's Annual Meeting of Shareowners.

If your spouse or a family member would like to attend the meeting, please provide proof of stock ownership when checking in at the event.

In 2009, our company demonstrated its strength by delivering another year of sustainable, dependable performance.

This continued strength will most certainly be the theme as our shareowners gather in Battle Creek.

Our 2010 Annual Meeting of Shareowners will take place Friday, April 23, at 1 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time in the W.K. Kellogg Auditorium near our company's Headquarters.

Those unable to attend the meeting in person can either tune into a live audio webcast of the Annual Meeting or check out a replay of the event. Details regarding the webcast and replay options are available at investor.kelloggs.com.
